I did this 6 week course at the Digital Hub as part of the Portfolio preparation course at Liberties College. Throughout the 6 week course given by tutor Maeve Clancy I and the other students used Adobe Illustrator as a tool to create our visual identity for a career in the visual arts. We were taught about the importance of logos and layouts and other basics of visual communications and advertising. We worked on several different pieces in the building of our own identity,including basic traces of our faces,business cards and an A4 information sheet.
